The office fit out for the ICEX in UK follows a clever strategy that achieves an interesting layout, designed in a pragmatic and cost-eff ective way. The 700sqm renovation is placed in the heart of the City of London and  accommodates 60 employees. After winning the invited competition, Binom Architects developed the concept design to suit building regulations and the Landord’s requirements, coordinated the M&E design, and completed the  scheme with the selection of furniture and fittings. As project managers we obtained all licences and permissions, organized the procurement process, and managed the Contract until Completion.
